Better still not leave by this door. This architectural oddity offers an excellent illustration of the reasons behind construction regulations and their need of following. Using the door installation contradicts both logic and safety rules, hence using it could result in an unanticipated adventure - or misadventure.

The placement, height, or configuration seems to have been intended with either fictitious creature in mind or with total contempt for human safety. The considerable effort that went into building a door likely never used makes this very interesting. Although the building quality is commendable, the practical consequences are very concerning.
